Pluto moved into Capricorn on January 25 for the first time in almost 250 years. Since then bankers, big business and the presidential candidates have been on a roller coaster ride. The powers that be and a few retailers are being forced to surrender to the reality that business as usual is not so easy anymore.

Pluto goes retrograde April 2 until September 8. During this time we will revisit the changes we have made since January. Those born in the early or late days of any sign are most affected over the next several months as they get to complete the shifts in consciousness that have been taking place over the last twelve months.

Mercury enters Taurus April 17 until May 2. Our thoughts now turn toward finances and our values. Many of us are making financial plans especially since we just paid our tax bills. As Mercury passes through the first two degrees of Taurus he forms a trine to Saturn in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn. This creates a grand trine in earth. This grand trine is very nice for creating financial stability for all of us. The Sun follows Mercury into Taurus on April 19 and then Venus does the same April 30 extending this good business period through the 30th. Use the latter half of April for business ventures and grounded decisions. Projects begun in these days pave the way for future success. Sagittarius, Aries, and Leo are most blessed with good fortune and protection.

During the week of April 20-26, Mars is trine Uranus and opposite Jupiter. These terrific aspects compel us to step into improved ways of living. People, corporations, and even government programs are losing their grip on restricting us. Those who act bossy can only lose. Watch your boundaries and don’t act-out because you are freaked-out over circumstances. Those who use good sense receive strokes of luck. April 3 Mercury, in Aries, square Pluto in Capricorn has many of us arguing over business and changes that are necessary. Words and deeds are designed to coerce us into someone else’s way of thinking. Shelve opportunities presented now as most likely there is little truth to the sales pitch. April 5 The new Moon occurs in Aries at 10:55 pm CDT. Since this new Moon Is in the first sign of the zodiac; all are encouraged to get up and get going with a special project or wish between now and the full Moon April 20. Spunk and moxie get most projects on the way to success.

Venus enters Aries until April 30. Aries is not Venus’ best place to be so all are warned to put your sex appeal on the low setting. Jealous and selfish behaviors are not usually considered attractive, so put the squeeze on those tendencies. Aries, Sagittarius, and Leo are looking really good.

April 6 Venus, now in Aries, is ninety degrees from Pluto in Capricorn. Aries and Capricorn are most affected, but most of us will have to deal with an intense relationship on or around this day. Allow others to be who they insist on being no matter how badly they behave.

April 10 The Sun, in Aries, is ninety degrees from Jupiter in Capricorn while Mercury in Aries is ninety degrees from Mars in Cancer. The Sun in Jupiter compels us to want to treat others well, but Mercury and Mars are sure to fire-up emotions especially for Aries, Cancer, Capricorn, and Libra.
