AFTER READING THE INTRODUCTION SCROLL DOWN FOR YOUR PERSONAL HOROSCOPE

Summer has been intense with surprising and shocking events courtesy of three eclipses. Closing out the last weeks of summer we get Mercury retrograde September 6 – 29. We begin to feel his antics September 1 so at this reading you are most likely too late to start new projects.

Mercury retrograde periods are when we all can take a breather and retrace our actions and plans in order to refine the goofy stuff that comes to fore. While Mercury is retrograde we do not have all the details of most situations so all are smart to delay decisions until after he goes direct September 29. Once Mercury goes direct we will be able to resolve issues through mid October. At that time the coast is completely clear to proceed with plans and projects.

Mercury initially goes retrograde in Libra late on September 6 and backs into Virgo late on September 17. During September 6-17 we will be reevaluating our personal and business relationships. Do not sign contracts, initiate any sort of deal, or start a legal process. Social gatherings will not make the grade and don’t even think of getting married during these days. Many of us will be dissatisfied with our honey, our wardrobe, and even the bedroom furniture.

Once Mercury moves back into Virgo September 17, we will need to reconsider our health and dental care as we have to sort through the baloney we get from both sides of that debate. National and municipal services are in the news along with concerns about welfare, the food supply, and animal rights. On a personal level, many of us will consider the validity of our work and how we want to participate in our community. Once Mercury goes direct September 29 our questions and dilemmas begin to sort themselves in one way or another.

Pluto, retrograde in Capricorn since April 4, goes direct September 11. Since last November 26 all of us born during the first few days of each sign have been most affected by Pluto. Pluto shifts our consciousness and shows us that which we have denied about ourselves personally and collectively. While Pluto has been retrograde many of us have felt powerless. Others have blatantly strived to grab power. While Pluto is direct until April 2010 we are able to take control of our situations that need to be changed. More corruption is sure to be discovered on the political and business front but rest assured changes are afoot.

Although Jupiter is backing away from Neptune and Chiron in Aquarius these three are still affecting our desire to find peace and tranquility with our fellow beings on the planet. Uranus is thirty degrees away in Pisces and for the next sixty days Saturn is back to opposing Uranus along with a quincunx to Chiron and Neptune. This line-up means that we are back to similar events that were taking place during the presidential primaries and election. Change and growth are battling the status quo over the next sixty days both on the world scene and in our individual lives. Cooperation, collaboration, and collusion are all part of our shifting alliances as we all make new friends, create new enemies, and hopscotch through more than one pitfall to our existence. Saturn trine the north node compels us to seek our goals. These energies are sure to have us in what will seem to be a perpetual tug of war.

This sounds negative for those who live in the world of good and bad, but this is merely a process of distilling our lives to a purer form as we embark in this new age. This is most evident September 11- 17 as Venus passing through the late degrees of Leo forms angles to Jupiter, Neptune, Chiron, Uranus and Saturn. This dose of optimism is sure to afford us the impetus to press on in our pursuits. However, the Sun crossing Saturn and opposing Uranus reminds us there is no straight path to our goals.

September 3
Mercury, set to go retrograde in Libra, is ninety degrees from Mars in Cancer. Many of us are frustrated and arguments are sure to occur. Cancer and Libra are especially off kilter so don’t expect a fair or balanced approach from these two signs. Use caution to avoid accidents and watch your words with anyone who has the power.

September 4
The full Moon occurs in Pisces 11:03 am CDT. This one is much less intense as the last two, but any full Moon stirs our emotions and brings forth completions. Pisces is a sign of compassion and creativity. It is also the window to our higher self. Take time out for contemplation or even meditation. Our window is now open to the deeper meaning of life.

September 17
Today is already an intense day given the current aspects, but Mercury retrograde in Libra ninety degrees from Pluto in Capricorn adds an extra punch of seriousness. Talk is full of pressure and coercion. Debates are heated. Check your facts and don’t be the one who is lying; otherwise you may be labeled a hypocrite.

September 18
The new Moon occurs at 1:44 pm CDT in Virgo. This event is conjunct Saturn and opposite Uranus. This new Moon makes us very aware of the crossroads we have come to at this point in time. In the weeks to come we will be examining conventional wisdom with unconventional ideas. Those of us born at the middle of any month are faced with important beginnings and life choices in the weeks and months ahead. Consider your material goals. They can be accomplished. Since Mercury is currently retrograde, all are wise to wait until the next new Moon October 17/18 to get started.

September 20
The Sun about to leave Virgo is conjunct Mercury. Since Mercury is retrograde there are details to reconsider plus not all the information is available. Hang out and don’t make decisions just yet

Venus enters Virgo until October 14 and is one hundred twenty degrees from Pluto. While Venus transits Virgo until mid October we will be concerned with our diet and how what we eat affects our health and beauty. Today is especially exciting where love and relationships are concerned. Otherwise avoid the tendency to criticize your loved ones while Venus winds her way through Virgo.

September 22
Mercury still retrograde in Virgo is conjunct Saturn. This can be a downer day due to unexpected news. Those of us born at the middle of any month are especially pushed and pulled in more than one direction.

The Sun enters Libra until October 22. This first day of fall begins the period of time when we focus on our business and love relationships. Libra is at their yearly peak and has the zeal to accomplish their agenda. Just get started after mid October.

September 23
The Sun now in Libra is ninety degrees from Pluto in Capricorn. Those of us born in the first days of any sign are especially tested. We are sure to be challenged by bosses and bossy people. Prepare to maintain your position or be ready to make necessary changes. That which cannot be upheld will have to be rebuilt.

Mercury in Virgo is opposite Uranus in Pisces. Think before speaking and check your calendar before heading out to any appointment so that you arrive at the appointed time.

September 30
Mercury is sixty degrees from Mars still in Cancer. This last aspect of the month has many of us in a healthy debate. Some of us are enjoy pushing others’ buttons but the rest of us can accomplish real results with real facts.

Virgo, Aug 23 - Sep 22

Contemplate the best ways to make the most of your financial status. Once Mercury goes retrograde September 6 you will be taking a close look at your relationship the stuff you value as well as your business relationships. When Mercury backs into Virgo September 17 you need extra time to revise plans and rest when your body dictates. September is full of detours as Virgo winds their way through the need to innovate while keeping the practical side of life satisfied. Over the course of the next year, balance your relationships in order to be all that you want and satisfy your partners’ needs at the same time. Libra, Sep 23 - Oct 22

Delay new projects ?until October 18. Those born late September renew their process of rebirth while all Librans are pursuing a sense of security at home. Librans born October 8 and after receive special recognition and opportunities through mid January. Take steps to insure that you can pay the rent or mortgage. Some Librans are looking for a new place to find an added sense of balance. One ingredient of the process is where and how you do your work.
